Everything you need to know about your campsite, available services, and the rules of the grounds during Inkcarceration Festival weekend.

Campsite Size

Each camping space is 10 ft × 10 ft for the full festival weekend. Plan your tent and gear setup accordingly.

› $300 flat fee + $15 processing fee covers the entire weekend
› All fees must be paid before occupying the site
› One site per registration

🚿

Showers

Optional shower access is available on-site for those who want to clean up between festival days.

› $10.00 per person, per day
› Not included in the base site fee — add on as needed

🚌

Shuttle Service

An optional daily shuttle service is available to get you between the campsite and festival grounds or other stops.

› $10.00 per person, per day
› Not included in the base site fee

Parking

Standard vehicle parking is included with your campsite registration at no additional charge.

› One standard vehicle per registered site — included free
› RVs are permitted only with prior approval from the Camp Host
› Contact us before registering if you are bringing an RV

RV Policy

RVs are welcome with advance notice, but there are strict waste disposal rules that must be followed.

› Prior approval required — email us before registering
› Absolutely NO dumping of waste, gray water, or sewage on site
› Violations may result in immediate removal without refund and possible fines

Liability

Guests camp at their own risk. The Camp Host is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property, personal injuries, accidents, or weather-related damages.

› Secure your valuables — no liability for theft or loss
› Guests are responsible for keeping their site clean and safe
› Weather-related damages are not covered

What to Bring

✓ Tent and all sleeping gear sized for a 10×10 space
✓ Food and drinks for the full weekend
✓ Camp stove or portable cooking setup
✓ Cooler with ice
✓ Towel and toiletries (if using showers)
✓ Camp chairs and/or hammock
✓ Flashlight or headlamp
✓ Bug spray and sunscreen
✓ First aid kit
✓ Reusable water bottles
✓ Rain gear — weather happens
✓ Any medications you need
✓ Earplugs if you're a light sleeper

Leave It Home

Do Not Bring

✗ Generators — prohibited on the grounds
✗ Glass bottles in shared or common areas
✗ ATVs or off-road vehicles
✗ Fireworks of any kind
✗ Anything you can't fit in a 10×10 space

Non-Negotiable

Camp Policies

— All camping fees must be paid before occupying your site.

— No alcohol inside any building or restricted indoor areas. Outside only.

— No smoking or vaping inside any building or enclosed structure.

— No dumping of waste, gray water, or sewage on site — applies to all campers and RVs.

— RVs require prior approval from the Camp Host before registering.

— Standard parking (1 vehicle) is included. Additional vehicles must be pre-arranged.

— Guests camp at their own risk. Secure your valuables.

— Keep your campsite clean and safe throughout your stay.

— The Camp Host may remove any guest for disorderly conduct, illegal activity, or property damage.

— No refunds will be issued if removal is due to rule violations.

— Violations of the smoking, alcohol, or waste policies may result in immediate removal without refund.
